We do not need to know names or genders, purely the number of children and their ages. This helps us assess if the dog is suitable for you or not.
Do you have a fully enclosed and secure garden and do you have any other pets at home ?

It is very important that a dog cannot escape from a garden. If your garden is NOT secure, then we cannot home a dog with you. Some dogs cannot live with other animals, and we need to know what the dog may face to determine suitability.
Is there an adult at home all the time during the day ? If not, please tell us how long the dog would be left alone and how often ? Please also tell us about your exercise plan for the dog. How often you will walk the dog and for how long.

Some dogs can be left alone for periods of time, but some will have separation anxiety and will not be able to be left for more than 30 minutes at a time. Some dogs need more exercise than others.
